About the Business you’ll be joining

This is a boutique business strategy and online marketing fulfilment firm that has a global client base. We support successful business women to reach the next level of their business goals, through strategic planning & done for you email marketing campaigns.

We are agile, calm and thriving – and we help our clients feel the same. There are a number of new projects penciled & we plan to double our business in the next 12 months. You will play a crucial role.


About the┬áRole you’ll be staring in
I’m seeking a superstar assistant to work directly for me the business director. The role requires a real self starter and someone very confident learning new systems, happy working online, ideally with a marketing background.

4-12 hours a week remotely. With view to more depending on success in the role.
Contract role not employee.




About the you and your strengths
– organised, works quickly & independently
– very confident with tech & online systems
– hungry to and take on responsibility
– able to work from high level instruction
– excellent communicator, written and verbal
– great attention to detail eg. proof reading
– good copy writing skills desirable
– friendly and customer focused
– previous marketing or sales experience an advantage
– basic graphic editing skills an advantage


Some of the responsbilities you’ll take on
– set up email campaigns in email system, schedule and autoresponders
– create landing pages in online systems
– first draft blog content
– post weekly blog posts to wp website, select image, format page etc
– edit graphics using basic graphics packages
– draft up and post social media post based on weekly schedule

– manage & deliver both internal and client marketing campaigns
– project co-ordination assistance
– document formatting
– weekly team meeting via Skype


Skills desirable but not necessary to have experience with
– Mailchimp, Aweber, Ontraport, Infusionsoft, LeadPages, Clickfunnels other email marketing & landing page systems
– Social Media management & scheduling tools
– FB Ad management
